This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Please read the information below before submitting your request.

What Deletion Means

Submitting this request will initiate the permanent deletion of your TwouveApp account. You will lose access to all account features, saved content, and history associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.

What Data Will Be Deleted

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Saved businesses and favorites
  • Coupon wallet and redemption history
  • Reviews and ratings you have submitted
  • Points balance and rewards history
  • Smart notifications preferences
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

What Data May Be Retained

In certain circumstances, TwouveApp and Steinlauf & Katz LLC may be required or permitted to retain some information even after your account is deleted. This includes data necessary for:

  • Legal compliance and regulatory obligations
  • Tax and financial recordkeeping
  • Fraud prevention and security investigations
  • Dispute resolution and enforcement of our Terms of Service
  • Any other purpose permitted under applicable law

Retained data will not be used for marketing or product purposes and will be deleted once the applicable retention period expires.

How Long Deletion Takes

We will process your request within 7 to 14 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation to the email address associated with your account once deletion is complete.
